The System

Ecosips construction panels are a structurally insulated panels (SIPs) which are manucatured by using OSB3 (Oriented strand board) pressure filled with a non-toxic polyurethane foam which adheres directly to the board.

The nature of the stressed skin panels makes them exceptionally strong, and have been proven to be up to 7 times stronger than timber frame construction.

Whilst largely comprising of insulated material we are able to achieve a superb U-value rating, which will help lower your heating costs, with thinner wall thicknesses than other existing construction methods.

Ecosips panels are ideal for achieving a truss free roofing system and can be covered using man traditional roofing materials.

Our panels help speed up construction times even more when used as internal walls, due to the fact you can board directly onto the SIP panel itself.
